Privacy & site information

A straightforward
approach to this guide.

This is an independent real estate resource from Adam Pretorius of Lepic-Kroeger, REALTORS®. It introduces the Iowa City area and practical questions involved in relocation. It is not an official University of Iowa or UI Health Care website.

Contacting Adam

When you submit the relocation inquiry form, Webflow processes and stores the information you provide and sends a notification to Adam. Adam uses that information only to respond to your inquiry and discuss your relocation. You may also contact him directly at adam@adampretorius.com or (319) 400-2741.

Your moving checklist

The optional checklist saves only its checked-item selections in this browser's local storage. Use “Clear checklist” to reset them, or clear the site's storage in your browser. The checklist is not sent to Adam and does not sync between devices.

Site services and outside links

This version does not include advertising pixels or a visitor analytics package. The hosting service may process technical information needed to operate and secure the site. Fonts and website images are served with the site. External links, phone links, and email links open services with their own policies.

Using local information

Information is a starting point for your own evaluation. Confirm current property details, school assignments, work locations, parking arrangements, availability, financing terms, and other decisions with the appropriate source. The guide links to official resources where useful.
